[Whoever] has a why to live for can bear almost any how.”- Friedrich Nietzsche

“What I am is good enough if I would only be it openly.”- Carl Rogers

Therapy can be an overwhelming and extremely vulnerable journey to begin. It calls us to be open and to build a novel type of relationship with someone we don’t know, showing the deepest parts of ourselves to them.

It is my intention to show my humanity and my empathy every step of the way. As a therapist who does their own work in therapy, we share that common ground. I seek to embody a degree of understanding and to help you feel known.

It is my deepest hope that I create an environment that facilitates your growth in a genuine and meaningful way. I aim to create a non-judgmental and safe space where you can truly be yourself and work towards holistic healing. I want to add I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician who advocates for all clients. Any questions about this stance can be addressed in our initial intake.

Fun Things About Me:

1. I enjoy playing cozy games like Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing in my free time.

2. I am getting back into reading for pleasure, and usually have an audiobook playing or my Kindle on me. I love learning how things work and getting lost in a story.

3. I love the outdoors, and had the opportunity to hike around Colorado for a week for my honeymoon. We got to hike around the Garden of the Gods, and the Maroon Bells along with a few other smaller trails.
