What can I expect during a counseling session?

During a counseling session, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we work together to address your concerns and promote personal growth.

Do you offer
virtual sessions?

Yes. I use. a HIPAA compliant software, which allows us to meet at your convenience more easily. No commuting, driving, or taking too much time out of your work day. All of the approaches offered work well in this format (except for nature therapy).

How often should I schedule
sessions?

Once your plan is set, we'll arrange consistent sessions to support your progress. These sessions will provide you with the tools and encouragement to navigate obstacles and achieve your goals.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full private pay fee for the service provided.
