Asking for help is never easy. The problems that may come up in life may feel impossible to solve and isolating. I can not guarantee an easy fix but I can guarantee that I will walk alongside you and remind you that you are not alone in your struggles.
Creating a safe, non-judgmental space is at the core of my therapeutic practice. As a therapist, I am committed to being empathetic and warm with the priority of making clients feel heard and supported. My focus will always be on prioritizing the well-being of the client and using techniques and interventions to step in and assist in any way. I specialize mainly in working with teens and young adults that are facing symptoms involved with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and anger management. Interventions that I will use in order to help these areas with young clients specifically include developing healthier coping mechanisms through mindfulness techniques, enabling them to manage their symptoms and reduce negative thought patterns.
